This place was excellent with a modern room, a very comfortable bed, a large bathroom, and exceptional views of downtown - had a really nice stay on a business trip.

Internet is 12 a night, that's ridiculous and dumb.. Parking and Internet was Almost the price of the room. 75.00 for the 2 with 2 cars.

The hotel provides a friendly service. It's nice to have wake up service and ironing for free too. The location is great, just a short stroll away from Houston Theater District. It's in a nice building in the market area.

This spot might just be the top option for a pleasant stay during a work trip with incredibly friendly staff, beautifully decorated rooms, and a wide selection of breakfast treats.

Location was farther from convention center than I thought. Homeless people outside the facility. Need cream cups for the coffee in the room-not powder stuff.

Extra fees plus valet is 20 bucks. Room was booked for $130 but when it's all said and done the room is actually $170 plus tax so you're almost at 200 bucks.

Location to entertainment is great but trying to park and check in is chaos.

The hotel is clean and comfortable with an enjoyable pool area. My room had a terrible smell and the front desk refused to move me to another room. However, Nelsey from housekeeping offered to spray something that got rid of the smell entirely. I recommend this hotel.

Staff was the friendliest I have meet in a very long time. We travel a lot and you just don't see people so helpful. I mean everyone. Thank you staff

The amount of money it cost, the two night stay cost me over $500.00, and that's at the hotel only. Valet which I wasn't informed of was $30.00 a day, my pet fee $100. The taxes are a joke. Never again will I book like I did. These charges should have been out on the hotel page for everyone to see, including Booked.net

Clean, comfortable, very convenient for sport fans (Toyota Center, Minute Maid Park and Soccer Stadium in the neighbourhood).

We loved our rooms with a fantastic view and the breakfast had a great selection of delicious food and drinks.

Close to retail stores restaurant and entertainment

Cute comfortable rooms and was within walking distance of Pete's Dueling Piano Bar and House of Blues. Staff was very nice and accommodating! Bed was extremely comfortable too :-)

Valet parking was $30 a night and you cannot self park. A little bit expensive.
